RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Exchange:

You may return or exchange any product purchased from the My Mini Fan store by following the steps below.

All customer inquiries will be answered within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow an extra 1–2 business days during large restocks or product launches.

To process a return or exchange, please send the item to the address below:

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of your original delivery date.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, contact us first at myminifanstore@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. We don’t accept returns on worn or customer-damaged items.

 

Include in your return package:

The item(s) you want exchanged or refunded

Your order number (e.g., KZ0001)

Original packing slip (if available)

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable packages. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once we receive and inspect your return (please allow 4–6 business days), we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days (shipping fees are non-refundable).
