1. What payment options are available in your store?

Our store is supported by 2Checkout Convert Plus. Customers are able to make payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Boleto.

2. My Mini Fan Online Shop will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. 

We will keep a record of your address details with the intention of sending your order. When you use the My Mini Fan website we may collect personal information about you and use this information for delivering products to you, to send you information about My Mini Fan or its products, including promotional materials, contact you to respond to your queries (if you email us with a question, for example), contact you to ask you to respond to surveys, notify you about discounts. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. 

3. All sensitive information such as credit card details, name and address is encrypted. This means that information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read even in the event it is intercepted by someone else. 
Personal and card details required for online payments are only available on the protected payment systems / bank protected pages. The above information is not stored on the Site.

4. The refund of the returned goods is made only in the manner in which the payment was received. For example, if you paid by credit card, the amount cannot be refunded in cash and will be refunded by canceling the card transaction.
