What payment methods can I use to pay for the order?

Payments for purchases on the site can be made only in USD by the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and so on.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the following countries: USA, UK, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Japan. If your country is not on the list, please send a message to our email or Instagram account.

 

What kind of information does My Mini Fan collect?

My Mini Fan collects information from you when you place an order for My Mini Fan products. Such information may include your name, address, email address or credit card number. 

 

Will My Mini Fan make my personal details available?

My Mini Fan Online Shop will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We will keep a record of your address details with the intention of sending your order. All sensitive information such as credit card details, name and address is encrypted. This means that information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read even in the event it is intercepted by someone else. We may sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. Such companies and individuals are given access to personal information that is needed to perform their functions, but they are not authorized to use it for other purposes.

When will the order be proceeded?

All orders will be proceeded within 2-5 business days.

 

How is the shipping fee?

Shipping is FREE for all orders.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday, barring any national holidays. The email you received with your tracking information is the best source for updates and the timing of your order. The product will be shipped within 5-18 working daysWe promise it'll be worth the wait!

 

I ordered many items, but I received only a few of them. Why?

Products from the 'Catalog' category are sourced from our suppliers in China, while items from the 'Handmade' category are personally crafted by me here in Armenia. Rest assured, we provide tracking numbers for all orders.

 

Can I cancel my order after it is placed?

If we are not able to cancel or edit your order, we are happy to help you process an exchange or return within 30 days for any unworn and unused product! Please check our Cancellation Policy.

 

I don't think my order went through but my card was charged?

It's normal to see failed transactions showing up temporarily on your bank history. They will automatically disappear within a couple of days because your payment didn't go through. Feel free to reach out to me with your full name and email address if you want me to double check your order. 

 

How can I return the item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you need to exchange or return your item, we are happy to take them back and find them a new home. We just ask that you take care of the cost of shipping the merchandise back, and it must be shipped with duties/customs fees paid in order for us to accept the package. Feel free to use the same packaging we sent it to you in originally. The refund of the returned goods is made only in the manner in which the payment was received. For example, if you paid by credit card, the amount cannot be refunded in cash and will be refunded by canceling the card transaction.

 

Order says delivered but I don't see it?

Please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have your packages. Sometimes orders show up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact the Post Office with the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email if you have any questions regarding a delayed/lost order.


I would like to place an order, but I noticed that my country is not listed as an option.

If your country is not listed, please send us a message, and we will do our best to assist you.

 

What about customs clearance? Can I receive my order without any issues?

The price for shipping mentioned on the site does not include any duties or taxes. Before making a purchase, please familiarize yourself with the laws and rules of your own country to ensure you do not exceed any value limits and your order clears customs smoothly.

 

I am from the EU. Can I receive my parcel without any issues?

Yes, we provide an IOSS number for parcels to the EU, ensuring a smooth process for purchases under 150 euros.
